    We had a fantastic experience with Kyle at KRW. Kyle installed a Ring Floodlight Camera over our garage and was personable, professional, and highly skilled with his electrical work and masonry. He explained everything clearly, made sure the setup was exactly what we needed, and handled every part of the job with care. One thing we really appreciated was how considerate and detail-oriented he was. He installed a junction box, ran the wires cleanly and to code of course, and waterproofed the work with silicone. He also left the work area spotless after finishing, which is something that doesn’t always happen and that meant a lot to us.     First impressions are everything. KRW Electric Company was referred to me by Home Depot Pro Referral. I received a message from Kyle within minutes of being matched. We connected the next day as promised and we made arrangements for the diagnostic and/or repair the same day. He was on time. Although he was not immediately able to replace my fans (I needed to purchase same) we agreed to other electrical projects. Specifically, we agreed to install a new exterior light, replace a bathroom sensor light switch, fix an exterior light switch and replace an interior light. All the work was done as requested, kept the work area clean, and was determined to finish the job, no matter how much time it took. I really appreciate the work that was done.     Kyle from KRW Electric turned what I thought would be a complex flood light replacement into a simple fix. Instead of replacing three entire fixtures, he expertly identified that only the photocell sensors needed replacing. While on site, he also spotted and replaced two deteriorating exterior security lights around my property, all for a reasonable price. I had an emergency where a 1930 vintage chandelier fell from the ceiling and was hanging by its wire and I called him while standing on a ladder holding it to keep it from crashing down.     Kyle of KRW Electric did a fantastic job for me and I can’t say enough good things about him! Not only did he hang a ceiling fan for me but he had to re wire all of the work that the previous contractor had done. He also re did all of my ceiling lights (which was quite a difficult and time consuming job to do). He carefully covered all of my furniture with plastic sheets, and even got on his hands and knees cleaning up after himself.     Kyle is the best electrician and most honest and responsible person in town. I had called several electricians before I found Kyle to install a sub panel for my car charger. Everyone was telling me to replace my meter instead of doing a true calculation of my house amperage to determine the right solution only Kyle was able to do so. From start to finish, he kept me informed about the permit processes and all the upfront costs of the entire job without any gimmicks. He did a great job with the installation and super clean and neat; I am super satisfied with the job. He even continued to monitor my house amperage for free for several weeks after the installation was completed.     Electrician, Kyle, arrived on time after having confirmed the appointment and then proceeded to explain the process to me in a precise manner. He was very detailed and never promised anything that he was not able to deliver. He explained everything that he was doing including what else might be necessary without making me feel like it was a sales push. This level of professionalism is seldom seen these days and this experience has made me appreciate being reminded of a time when this was just a standard thing.     The entire experience with Kyle was absolutely spectacular. From the initial review of the project scope to completion, he never wavered from his dedication to the project. I’ve never worked with a company more on top of a timeline than Kyle. I couldn’t imagine a smoother process. In terms of the quality of the work, we had to have the outside can replaced, an external service disconnect placed, new breaker panel installed, and the proper subterranean wire swapped. He knew exactly what had to be done and made sure that it was done properly and to code. Everything that was done was done with care and with the utmost respect for the space that was being worked in. The attention to detail and cleanup at the end was impeccable. I can’t recommend Kyle enough for any electrical job that you may need done. It will be the easiest, most courteous, and most well done work you encounter - a rare find these days. If I ever have a need for electrical work in the future, he will be my first and last call. See more See less
