Questions we are asked about this
How long does an electrical repair visit take?
It depends on how quickly the fault can be found. Many problems are found and repaired in one visit. If a part or permit is needed, we make the circuit safe and schedule the return.
Will you open my walls?
Rarely. Most faults are at an outlet, switch, fixture, breaker or connection we can reach through existing boxes. If wall access is needed, we explain why and where before we start.
Do you explain the problem before repairing it?
Yes. We show you what we found, explain what failed and what the repair involves, and you decide before any repair begins.
What if you need a part you don't have?
We make the circuit safe, tell you what the part is and when we expect it, and schedule the return visit to finish the repair.
Will my power be off during the repair?
The circuit we are working on will be off for part of the visit, and panel work can mean turning off more. We tell you before we switch anything off.
Do you offer same-day repair visits?
Yes, in Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, South Miami and Miami Beach when scheduling permits. Call (305) 359-7312 for the earliest time we have.
